The referee for the Champions League final has been announced – and Liverpool fans probably won’t be very happy about it.
Serbian official Milorad Mazic has been selected to take charge of Liverpool’s clash with Real Madrid on May 26 – the biggest game of the season for the two respective clubs.
The referee has previous with the Anfield club, having taken charge of their 1-1 draw with bitter rivals Manchester United in the Europa League two years ago.
In the match, which took place at Old Trafford, Mazic awarded the Red Devils a penalty after Nathaniel Clyne brought down Anthony Marital in the box.=========================================================
