Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho hints at a return to England after his team were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League at the semi-final stage by Borussia Dortmund in Madrid after losing.
Jose Mourinho, Real Madrid coach:
“I know in England I am loved. I know. I know I am loved by the fans, I am loved by the media, that treats me in a fair way – criticising me when they have to but giving me credit when I deserve it -I know I am loved by some clubs, especially one, and in Spain the situation is a little bit different because some people hate me and many of them are in this room. And it is difficult to make a decision because I like the club”
Jurgen Klopp, Borussia Dortmund coach:
“I thought if we stay cool and we try only to play football, not our best football maybe but the football that is possible for us tonight, then we go to the final. So because of many many things that happened in this game and last games we absolutely deserve to go to Wembley. I never thought that this could happen but now it is like it is. It is unbelievable”.
